IT Support Specialist - device setup (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Ivory Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Boston with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
