IT Support Specialist - device setup (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Fox Learning Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Boise. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
