IT Support Specialist - device setup (Baltimore, MD)

Highbridge Harbor Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Baltimore, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
