IT Support Specialist - device setup (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Iron Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Baltimore region. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
