IT Support Specialist - device setup (Baltimore, MD)

Bright Meadow Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Baltimore, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 577 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
