IT Support Specialist - device setup (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Bright Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Atlanta and nearby communities, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
