IT Support Specialist - device setup (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Field Financial Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
