IT Support Specialist - device setup (Atlanta, GA)

Greenridge Ivory Banking Services is a regional lender in Atlanta with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
