IT Support Specialist - device setup (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Quill Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Atlanta, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
