IT Support Specialist - device setup (Anchorage, AK)

Stonegate Meadow Community Partners runs community programmes across Anchorage, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
