IT Support Specialist - device setup (Anchorage, AK)

Stonegate Umber Legal Group is a Anchorage practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
