IT Support Specialist - device setup (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Bright Union Banking Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
