IT Support Specialist - device setup (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Rook Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Albuquerque, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 808 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
