IT Support Specialist - device setup (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Meridian Legal Group provides legal services in Albuquerque across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
