IT Support Specialist - device setup (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Silverline Haven Construction and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
