IT Support Specialist - device setup (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Birch Foods is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
