IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Meridian Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Wichita, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 201 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
