IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Silverline Juniper Facilities and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
