IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Vista Community Partners Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
