IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Nest Staffing is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 714 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
