IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Iron Learning Group Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
