IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Drift Facilities is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
