IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Beacon Staffing Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
