IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Beacon Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Tulsa, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
