IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Maple Property Management Group is a Tucson property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
