IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Cross Health is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 439 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
