IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Toledo, OH)

Bluepeak Granite Community Partners is a Toledo charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
