IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ivory Banking Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
