IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ivory Civic Services Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
