IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Pine Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Tampa area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 617 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
