IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Tampa, FL)

Amberfield Vale Property Management manages apartment communities around Tampa, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
