IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Sparrow Arts Center is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
