IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tampa. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
