IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (St. Louis, MO)

Bluepeak Thistle Community Partners runs community programmes across St. Louis. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
