IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Fern Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in St. Louis, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
