IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Forge Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Spokane. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
