IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Nova Oak Foods and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
