IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Yarrow Environmental Services Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 825 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
