IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Seattle, WA)

Nova Glen Banking Services Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
