IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Loom Property Management is a Savannah property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
