IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Rowan Arts Center and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
