IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Pike Property Management and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
