IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Maple Markets Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
