IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Bridge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Savannah. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
