IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Oak Banking Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
