IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (San Diego, CA)

Nova Fox Property Management looks after rental homes across the San Diego area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
