IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Rook Markets is a San Antonio retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
