IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Iron Property Management and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
