IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Sable Staffing is a Salt Lake City staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
