IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Willow Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Salt Lake City, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
